At Life View Images LLC, we strive to provide high-quality, at-home mobile ultrasound cancer screening services with respect, privacy, and transparency.

Due to the nature of our services as non-diagnostic screening exams, all sales are final once services have been provided.
 

 Non-Refundable Services

• Payments for completed ultrasound screening services are non-refundable, regardless of the findings or outcomes.

• Screenings are for preventive and informational purposes only and do not guarantee diagnosis or detection of all conditions.

• False negatives and false positives may occur, and we are not responsible for undetected conditions.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling

✅ Cancellations:

• You may cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

✅ Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee of $75.

✅ Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no additional charge, subject to availability.

 

 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued under limited circumstances, including:

• If we are unable to provide the service due to equipment failure or staff emergency, and rescheduling is not possible.

• If payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions).
